- The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of comprehensive services in the field of human resources in the IT area to the Institute of Telecommunications of the National Research Institute meeting specific requirements and having specific competences and experience.

The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions regarding orders (implemented under the Implementing Agreement) that may be awarded during the period of validity of the Framework Agreement.
Order fulfillment takes place will be successive, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, after the Ordering Party conducts the implementation procedure - i.e. submitting the Invitation to submit offers, the Contractor submits an offer and selects the most advantageous offer.
