Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the benefit for the contracting authority, based on written orders, according to his current needs and in accordance with this specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter: "SWZ"), the principles of printing art, contemporary technical knowledge as well as applicable standards andprovisions, printing services in the field of printing book publications (hereinafter: "Prints", and each of them separately "printing") regarding the activities of the Ordering Party, namely:
1) printing services;
2) related services, which, depending on the type of print, may include: - print togetherwith raw material; - printing of prints (sewing, gluing and other bookbinding processes); making arrangements regarding the subject of the contract using electronic means of communication, or in person at the headquarters of the Ordering Party.
3) delivery of prints to the headquarters of the Ordering Party, with mandatorynot later than 2 days before the planned delivery.
2. The subject of the contract is the print service of book publications issued by the National Publishing Institute, within 24 months of the framework of the framework agreement, in particular in the scope of the publishing series described in Annex 8 toSWZ.
