Description: 1. The subject of the order is: providing services in the field of providing population data on media consumption. 2. The order has been divided into parts: part I-execution of quantitative tests implemented by a direct interview technique using a computer (CAPI), tablet (TAPI) or other mobile device (MOBI); Part II-execution of quantitative tests carried out by a telephone interview technique using a computer and the system for the implementation of telephone interviews (CATi); part III-execution of quantitative research carried out by a survey technique alone on the Internet (CAWI); Part IV-execution of qualitative studies. 3. Part and procurement can be carried out by combining research techniques, i.e. mixed-mode. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 1 to the contract of the contract constituting Annex 1 to SZWZ - the subject of the order.
