1. The subject of the order is: conclusion of a framework agreement for the successive provision of export services liquid waste using a slurry tanker from septic tanks, thorough cleaning of tanks and pressure cleaning of the external sewage system at the request of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party intends to conclude a framework agreement for the implementation of the order with a maximum of 4 contractors, meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure and offering the most favorable conditions in the offer evaluation criteria, the valuation of individual services does not exceed the unit amounts that the Ordering Party intends to allocate for the implementation of the order, unless the Ordering Party will be able to accept an offer with a higher valuation (accepting an offer with a higher valuation is a discretionary decision of the Ordering Party and results in the contractor being placed in the ranking of Contractors). If three, two or one offer is submitted that meets the conditions for participation in the procedure
and offering the most favorable conditions in the offer evaluation criteria, The ordering party will sign the contract

The unit prices included in the Contractor's offer cannot be changed when settling the service.
