- Part No. 1:
The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement establishing the terms and conditions for the implementation of security orders in buildings (common parts of facilities, residential premises, commercial premises, etc.) managed (administered) by the Municipal Premises Management Board in ΕodΕΊ to the extent specified in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Order.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ, including a description of the subject of the order, bill of quantities, STWiOR.
The Ordering Party intends to conclude a framework agreement for the implementation of the order with 6 contractors meeting the requirements conditions for participation in the proceedings, not subject to exclusion and offering the most favorable conditions in the offer evaluation criteria.
The method of awarding orders is described in the draft contract. The price components included in the Contractor's offer cannot be changed during the settlement of the construction work. The rules for creating a ranking of contractors, ordering works, the order of orders and their number are described in the draft contract.
Part 2:
The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement establishing the rules and conditions regarding the implementation of submitted orders, including renovation and maintenance of roofs of buildings managed (administered) by the Municipal Housing Authority in ΕodΕΊ, by performing:
