Framework agreement for the supply of chemical and laboratory reagents of useful materials intended for didactic and service activities and scientific research for organizational units of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in ToruΕ.
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of chemical and laboratory reagents of useful materials intended for didactic, service and research activities scientific for organizational units of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in ToruΕ, hereinafter referred to as "materials"
2. The applicant will award orders for the supply of materials, based on framework contracts concluded as a result of the decision.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract has been contained in Annexes No. 1a - 1K to SWZ - according to the part of the order. Due to the number of items (extension of the attachment), the Ordering Party additionally asks to attach to the offer of a detailed calculation list in Excel (Annex 2 to SWZ), which will allow the Employer to verify the offer in terms of accounting.
The order was divided into 11 parts. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of part of the order.
