Description:
The procedure is conducted in order to conclude a framework agreement, specifying the conditions for public contracts that may be awarded during the term of the framework agreement, the subject of which is the supply, by granting a license for: standard software subscription packages,subscriptions for hosted services, technical support packages and perpetual Microsoft software licenses, hereinafter referred to as Products, in accordance with the terms of perpetual framework agreements (MBSA and MPSA).specified in the framework agreement has been specified in Annex 3 to the template of the framework agreement, which is an integral part of the Terms of Reference (Appendix 1 to the SWZ).
