- 1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the selection of a Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) - intermediaries in obtaining and delivering to the Entities all types of licenses, license updates and subscriptions for Microsoft Manufacturer's software, indicated in the Manufacturer's Price List, as part of product categories indicated in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ or equivalent software with technical support and the provision of accompanying services, i.e. Manufacturer's expert support services and Contractor's consulting support in the scope of the manufacturer's software as well as support services technical manufacturer.
may be granted during the validity period of the Framework Agreement indicated in Chapter implementation deliveries or provision of accompanying Services and the Manufacturer's Technical Support service and the conditions for selecting Contractors who will deliver or provide services to the Units from among the Contractors who are parties to the Framework Agreement.
