- 1. The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the selection of Licensing SOLUTION PROVIDER (LSP) - intermediaries in obtaining and supplying units of all types of licenses, license updates and subscription to the manufacturer's software Microsoft, indicated in the manufacturer's price list, under product categories indicated in Annex 1A to SWZ or equivalent software together with technical support and the provision of accompanying services, i.e. expert support services of the manufacturer and consultative support of the Contractor in the field of manufacturer's software as well as support services technical manufacturer.
