- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of custom computer equipment for organizational units of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, hereinafter referred to as "equipment".
2. The Employer will award orders (Annex 3 to the Framework Agreement) for the supply of equipment, on the basis of a framework agreement concludedas a result of the decision.
3. The order will be carried out with due diligence and in accordance with all requirements contained in SWZ together with attachments. The subject of the contract must be complete and after starting ready to work as intended, without additionalinvestment purchases on the part of the Ordering Party. The contractor performs the subject of the contract at the stage of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was included in Annex 5 to SWZ.
5. If the description of the subject of the contract refers tostandards, technical assessments, technical specifications, the contracting authority allows the possibility of using equivalent solutions to described.
