Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of custom computer equipment for organizational units of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, hereinafter referred to as "equipment".
2. The Employer will award orders (Annex 3 to the Framework Agreement) for the supply of equipment, on the basis of a framework agreement concluded as a result of the decision.
3. The order will be carried out with due diligence and in accordance with all the requirements contained in SWZ with attachments. The subject of the contract must be complete and after starting ready to work as intended, without additional investment purchases on the part of the Ordering Party. The contractor performs the subject of the contract at the stage of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was included in Annex 5 to SWZ.
5. If the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, the Employer allows the possibility of using equivalent solutions to described.
