Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of printers (hereinafter referred to as equipment) to the judicial units and the Purchasing Center for the Judiciary, the Budget Economy Institution (hereinafter referred to as units) together with the provision of equipment warranty services. Minimal required The warranty period for each type of equipment was indicated in Annex 2 to SWZ - a description of the subject of the contract, with the proviso that the warranty period is also a criterion for assessing offers.
2. The Ordering Party allows you to submit partial offers for one, several or all parts of the order. The subject of the order was divided into the following parts:
Part 1 - Printer Type 7 - for printing the covers of the file
Part 2 - Printer Type 7 - for printing the covers of the file and envelopes
Part 3 - Printer Type 8 - for printing codes
Part 4 - Printer Type 8 - for printing codes with guillotine
Part 5 - Printer Type 9 - portable ink
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract containing the technical specification of equipment broken down into individual parts of the order is Annex 2 to SWZ.
4. The purpose of the framework agreement is to determine the terms of orders (carried out on the basis of contracting agreements), which may be granted during the period of the framework agreement indicated in the chapter IV SWZ.
