Description : The subject of this framework service contract is to provide data centre services of hosting the necessary hardware supplied by FRONTEX in a secure and well protected data centre, here referred to as ‘Data Centre Colocation- services for initially a minimum of 6 racks and to ensure the timely delivery of all utilities and services described in this document for ETIAS and the other EU systems.
This framework service contract will also enable FRONTEX to adapt the required services in function of the evolution of these systems and new needs that would appear in that area.
Provision of IT infrastructure like servers, disk arrays and network devices etc. and software are out of the scope of this tender.
