Description:
1 The subject of the contract is the selection of a contractor/contractors who will provide warranty lines with the period of their validity (availability period) for 36 months, under which they will be granted at the request of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE S.A.") Bank guarantees for the settlement institutiontransactions carried out on the Towariowa Energy Stock Exchange S.A. i.e. at the moment of the Settlement Chamber of Stock Exchange S.A. (Irgit) (beneficiary).
2 ZAMACE concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement.
2.1Z Contractor/Contractors whose offers will be considered the most favorable framework contracts will be concludedfor establishing a warranty line. The total amount of the warranty limit obtained under all concluded framework contracts for the establishment of a warranty line will be a maximum of PLN 1.7 billion.
2.2 The payment provides for the conclusion of framework contracts with several contractors. Maximum number of contractors,with which the Ordering Party will conclude framework contracts for the establishment of a guarantee line: 20.
2.3 Type of the needs of the Ordering Party and the characteristics of the services constituting the subject of the contract includes Annex 1 to the OPW, which also contains a list of minimum requirements regarding the description of the subject of the contractor the implementation of the order not subject to negotiations that must meet all offers.By...
