- 1. The subject of the proceedings is the supply of a FT-IR microscope for Nomaten Core to the headquarters of the National Nuclear Research Center in Otwock-Εwierk.
2. The subject of the contract includes delivery (understood as the purchase, delivery, assembly, start and training of the indicated employees of the Ordering Party in the scopeService of devices and software) of the FT-IR microscope (Fourier-Transform Infrared) coupled with a vacuum spectrometer for volumetric analyzes.
3. Delivery description of the subject of the contract was specified in volume III SWZ (OPZ) - description of the subject of the contract. Conditions and requirements of implementationThe subject of the contract is also determined by volume II SWZ (PPU) - the proposed contractual provisions.
4. The minimum required warranty period for the subject of the contract is 24 months from the date of final acceptance, without reservation of the subject of the contract (signing the unconditional final acceptance protocolby the Ordering Party, without reservations).
5. Maximum date of performance of the subject of the contract: up to 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract for a complete position together with delivery, assembly and launch at the headquarters of the Ordering Party. Training of the Employer's employees will be conducted in accordance withThe requirements set out in volume III, within the dates agreed by the Ordering Party and the Contractor.
