Description:
The first part of the order: successive delivery of diesel oil to the headquarters of the District Road Authority in Koszalin in 2026: a) The forecast quantity of diesel oil for the order is at least 50,000 liters or until the value of the basic order, determined after opening the offer, is exhausted. b) The Ordering Party in accordance with provision of art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the possibility of applying the right of option, which includes the possibility of increasing the purchase of diesel oil to a maximum of 100,000 liters. This means that the Ordering Party will purchase diesel oil in an amount of at least 50,000 liters or until the order value is exhausted. basic, determined after opening the offer, for the remaining 50,000 liters will be ordered in the event of greater needs of the Ordering Party, and the release of financial resources in the budget. c) The option right is the right of the Ordering Party, which he may, but does not have to, exercise as part of the implementation of this order.
