Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service called Fuel delivery for 2026. The subject of the order is the supply (purchase) of liquid fuels for vehicles and mechanical equipment at the disposal of the Municipal Plant in Piotrków Kujawski, consisting of: - Pb unleaded gasoline 95; - CPV code 09.13.21.00 4, approximately 500 liters of diesel oil; - CPV code 09.13.41.00 8, in an amount of approximately 30,000 liters2) The Contractor guarantees the quality of fuel in accordance with applicable standards and regulations on quality requirements for liquid fuels3) O possible irregularities resulting from the quality of the delivered (taken) fuel, the Contractor will be immediately notified by the Ordering Party.4) The Contractor will be obliged to present documents and fuel quality certificates upon request. the Ordering Party.5) The Contractor undertakes to cover any damage resulting from the poor quality of the offered fuels (not compliant with applicable Polish Standards).6) Fuels of a given range should meet the requirements of the relevant standards and should be suitable for use in summer and winter.7) Deliveries will be made on an ad hoc basis (as needed), without...
