Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the supply of fuel for sub-service vehicles and machines (including lawn mowers, brush cutters and non-road machines) consisting in cashless refueling at the Contractor's indicated fuel station. Estimated quantities ordered: - oildiesel fuel up to 135,000 liters, - unleaded petrol 95 to 12,000 liters, the fuel must meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314, as amended) and the PN-EN 228, PN-EN 590 or equivalent., Conditions regarding the implementation of the subject of the order: - fuel refueling will be carried out successively, according to the needs of the Ordering Party, cashless, based on electronic fuel cards (other electronic settlement methods than fuel cards are allowed), at the sales priceay from the distributor on the day of purchase less the discount offered; the method of settlement with the Ordering Party may not incur costs for the Ordering Party; - fuel will be refueled directly to vehicles, including cars weighing over 3.5 tons, with the exception of scythes, lawn mowers and petrol saws, and other...
