Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of fuel for vehicles and sub-service machines (including lawn mowers, brush cutters and non-road machines) consisting in cashless refueling at the Contractor's indicated fuel station. Estimated quantities ordered: - diesel oil up to 145,000 liters, - gasoline unleaded 95 to 18,500 liters. The fuel must meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and the PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06 standard Fuels for motor vehicles - Gasoline lead-free - Requirements and test methods; PN-EN 590:2022-08 Fuels for motor vehicles - Diesel oils - Requirements and methods of tests or equivalent tests. Conditions regarding the implementation of the subject of the order: - fuel refueling will be carried out successively, as needed by the Ordering Party, non-cashly based on electronic fuel cards (other electronic settlement methods than fuel cards are allowed), at the sales price from the distributor on the day of purchase less the discount offered; the method of settlement with the Ordering Party cannot impose costs Z...
