Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive supply of fuel (diesel oil, unleaded petrol Pb95 and heating oil) for the Wocawek Forest District in 2026, as needs arise. The estimated demand of the Ordering Party is: diesel oil (ON) - 29,310 liters; Premium class diesel oil increased cetane number and quality parameters, hereinafter referred to as Premium 16,900 liters; fuel oil 19,000 liters, unleaded petrol Pb95 450 liters. 2. The amount of fuel given in point 1 constitutes the forecasted demand to be purchased by the Ordering Party during the period of contract implementation and is not a value obligatory The Ordering Party reserves that the amount of purchased fuel may be lower than forecast, but not lower than 70% of the amount indicated in point 1 (reduction clause). Settlements between the Contractor and the Ordering Party will be made based on the amount of fuel actually purchased, i.e. diesel oil, gasoline lead-free Pb95 and fuel oil. If the actual amount of fuel purchased is lower than the value forecast in point 1, taking into account the reduction clause, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party. 3.
