Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of liquid fuels, i.e. 95-octane unleaded gasoline (Pb 95) and diesel oil (ON) in order to meet the transport and equipment needs of the District Road Authority in Strzelin in December 2025. The ordering party anticipates that the amount of the order will be level: - for diesel oil - 50,000 liters - for Pb 95 petrol - 3,000 liters The above-mentioned delivery quantity is the projected demand of the Ordering Party during the order execution period, i.e. from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to complete the entire order. forecast demand for fuels in a situation where the actual demand for fuel is lower. Fuel collection will take place at the Contractor's gas station and will consist in the successive refueling of the Ordering Party's service vehicles, depending on the needs. Refueling of fuels intended for equipment, will be carried out by refueling into canisters. The Contractor will issue documents each time the Ordering Party collects fuel. Financial settlement for fuel collected in a given month will be based on VAT invoices. exhibition...
