- The subject of the orders are successive, as needed, deliveries of liquid fuel meeting the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 23, 2005 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) in the expected quantities presented below: a) diesel oil 36,487.00 liters b) unleaded petrol Pb 95 7,775.00 liters In the event of purchasing fuel in an amount smaller or larger than the estimated quantities specified above, the Contractor is not entitled to any claims.
