Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive supply of fuel for the needs of the Municipal Roads Authority
and Shipping in Świnoujście for 2026, divided into the following parts of the order:
1)task no. 1 "marine fuel":
a) BASIC SCOPE
supply of MGO DMA marine fuel, compliant with the ISO 8217:2017 DMA standard for floating units or equivalent, with parameters indicated in Annex No. 1 to SWZ in the amount of 835,520.00 kg (835.52 tons)

b) OPTION LAW extended scope - optional
The Ordering Party is entitled in the event of a higher than expected demand for fuel to to exercise the option right in the quantitative scope up to a maximum of 200,000.00 kg (200.00 tons) and on the terms and in the manner described in Annex No. 7a to the SWZ Contract template. The provisions regarding the principles of fuel delivery, its parameters and delivery settlements remain the same as in the case of an order basic.
2) task no. 2 "fuel for company vehicles and equipment":
- delivery of Pb 95 unleaded petrol in the amount of 1,800 liters (including 1,000 liters for a company car, 800 liters for equipment)

- supply of diesel oil for diesel company vehicles in the amount of 4,140 liters

in a cashless form using fuel cards
3) in task no. 3 "diesel oil for power generators":
- delivery of B0 diesel oil in the amount of 2,000 liters
