Description:
Delivery of liquid fuels to commercial vehicles used by the Ordering Party, carried out in the form of cashless refueling at the Contractor's gas stations in the city d.1. The subject of this order is the successive delivery of liquid fuels for commercial vehicles used by the Ordering Party, implemented in the form of cashless refueling at the Contractor's gas stations in the city of Łodź, with the possibility of collecting fuel at other Contractor stations throughout the country. The delivery includes the following types of fuel: PB 95 in an expected quantity of 27,000 liters (for the entire duration of the contract) ON in expected quantity of 13,000 liters (over the entire duration of the contract)2. The fuel covered by this order, i.e. unleaded petrol (PB 95) and diesel oil (ON), must meet the quality requirements for liquid fuels in accordance with the requirements of the Polish Quality Standards. The fuel should meet the required standards specified in Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024. regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018). 3.
