Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of fuels for the combined ZDP in 2026 2. Designation according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 09134100-8 Diesel oil 09132100-4 Unleaded gasoline3. Description of the subject of the order: 1) the order consists in the ongoing refueling of the Ordering Party's vehicles and equipment at the Contractor's gas station with frequency depending on the current consumption and needs of the Ordering Party. 2) fuel will be refueled according to actual needs up to a maximum total amount of 43,000 liters, including: a) 40,000 liters of diesel oil, b) 3,000 liters of unleaded petrol, 3) fuels must have valid quality certificates for each type ordered fuel issued no earlier than 2 months before the deadline for submitting offers. 4) The Ordering Party reserves that the amounts of liters of diesel oil and unleaded gasoline specified in point 2 a) and b) are indicative and reserves the right to change the scope of purchases, both in terms of type and quantity, due to current needs or available financial resources, without any legal or financial consequences, while reserving the right not to use the full maximum amount of the above-mentioned fuel,
