Description:
1) the subject of the order is the delivery of office furniture: exhibition stand - 1 pc; Armored wardrobe - 1 pc, metal files - 1 item, specified in Annex 2 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "furniture" or "subject of the order".
The furniture offered must be brand new and unused, comeFrom current production (year of production - not earlier than 2024), have relevant certificates and meet specific standards allowing furniture for sale and use in the Republic of Poland.
2) The scope of the order includes: purchase of furniture and its delivery to the Employer, unloading, bringing toplace indicated by the contracting authority, as well as assembly. In part A, the required training in the field of assembly and dismantling of the stand. Installation should be understood as the installation of complete and ready -to -use furniture, including their adaptation to the rooms in which they will be used and toelements located in these rooms. The contractor is obliged to provide free furniture warranty service.
3) a detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2A-C to SWZ;
4) The Purchaser allows the possibility of submitting partial offers.
a) Part A: Exhibition stand -1 pcs.
B) Part B: armored wardrobe - 1 pc.
