The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel (high-methane natural gas type E) within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Energy Law, covering the sale and distribution of gaseous fuel on the needs of the Ordering Party in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027 for the installations located in the mentioned buildings (acceptance locations): Zesp Szk im. Commission of National Education in Tymbark (substation) 34 -650 Tymbark 349 tariff (W- 5.1 TA)2) Szk Complex. National Education Commission in Tymbark (dormitory) 34 -650 Tymbark 348 (tariff W -3.6.
