SUBJECT MATTER OF THE ORDER Thesubject of this Order is divided into four baskets, i.e.:Basket1, performed for Resinvest Skawina, covering the deliveryof power generators with a total capacity of 250 MW;Basket2, performed for Resinvest Skawina, covering the deliveryof cogeneration units with a total capacity of 50 MW; Basket3, performed for Resinvest Polska, covering the deliveryof cogeneration units with a total capacity of 50 MW; Basket4, carried out for Resinvest Chorzow, covering the supplyof cogeneration units with a total capacity of 46 MW;(Basket1, Basket 2, Basket 3 and Basket 4 are collectively referred to as the "Baskets").In accordance with Section 4 of the ToR, theContracting Authority, on its own initiative or at the request of theSuppliers, may organize meetings to clarify the content of the ToR, inparticular with regard to clarifying the scope of the Bid evaluation criteria. Ifa Supplier is interested in participating in such a meeting, they should submita request to the Contracting Authority via the Platform. At this stage, theContracting Authority indicates possible meeting dates: between December 9thand 12th and between December 16th and 19th, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Detailsof the meetings will be confirmed.The Bid evaluation will be based on the Internal Rate of Return ("IRR").
