- 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of natural gas, including the supply of fuel along with the service of distributing high-methane natural gas type E from the gas network to the Ordering Party's facilities located in the city of Lublin, which are part of purchasing group indicated in Chapter I, point 3 of the SWZ. 2. The total forecast (planned) gas consumption is 41,160,874 kWh 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order" (also called OPZ). 4. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to submit the said evidence along with the offer. 5. The Contractor is obliged to attach to his offer a declaration of non-exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the bid, valid as of the date of submission of offers. proceedings in the form of the Single European Procurement Document (SPD) according to Annex No. 3 to the SWZ 6. GDPR (information obligation and obligation to apply): Information regarding the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and regarding the free movement of such data is specified in Chapter XXIII of the SWZ 7. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 8.
