Subject of the proceedings: 1. description of the subject of the order: - GCA shelf racks H = 2500 mm, 4 shelves (1000 x 800 mm) Q = 500 kg - 152 pcs. the assortment must meet the following requirements: be new and free from defects, original, and not encumbered with the rights of third parties. The Ordering Party allows an equivalent product parameters.3.Criteria for evaluation of offers: price 100%II.Conditions of order execution:1.Completion deadline: 21 business days;2.Hours of execution - 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.;3.Rules for delivery and unloading of goods: in accordance with the GTC;4.Places of delivery:Koleje Wielkopolskie sp. z o.o., ul. Kolejowa 3 /rolling stock maintenance hall/, 66-210 ZbΔ szynek, Rolling Stock Maintenance Point ZbΔ szynek. The Contractor, no later than 12 hours before starting the Order, is obliged to confirm the delivery date of the Goods, including the delivery time. 5. Method of delivery: one-off delivery, the price should include the cost of delivery and unloading. WITH Warranty card and User's manual required upon delivery.6. Payment deadline - in accordance with the OTC; (Payment deadline 30 days from the issuance of the invoice). The Buyer accepts the issuance and delivery of electronic invoices by the Seller, in accordance with Art. 106 of the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on goods i services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 931, as amended; hereinafter referred to as the "VAT Act").
