Description:
The subject of the contract is:
general construction and installation works in the scope of water and sewage installations
The Ordering Party does not allow partial offers.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes Annex 3 to SWZ, Annex 4 to SWZ, Annex 5 to SWZ, Annex 6 to SWZ and Annex7 to SWZ.
3.3. Requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract:
The Contractor undertakes to fulfill the subject of the contract in accordance with the description contained in SWZ, the contract and in accordance with:
a) the technical specification of the execution and acceptance of works constituting Annex 4 to SWZ;
b) a pre -work of works constitutingAnnex 5 to SWZ;
c) with a description and scope of renovation works constituting Annex 7 to SWZ;
d) conditions arising from applicable technical regulations and construction law;
requirements arising from the applicable Polish Standards, technical conditions and acceptance of construction worksand related provisions;
e) the principles of reliable technical knowledge and established customs.
In the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor all finishing materials necessary for the implementation of the task in question, will buy on their own as part of the costs specified in this contract.The materials used by the contractor must be approved for use in construction within the meaning of the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 725, as amended) and the Act of 16 April 2004. on construction products (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213, as amendedzm.)...
