Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance in 2023 of maintenance services, removal of failures, minor repairs and running a tenant emergency service in the field of general construction works, located in: - residential and utility buildings owned by the municipality of Gdańsk, including parts ofgeneral residential buildings (staircases, basement corridors, attics, trolley rooms, drying rooms, laundries and shelter rooms), - detached utility buildings, including garages, utility rooms, w.c. detached, - residential and business premises owned by gmines in Gdańsk, and located in the buildings of housing communities. The scope of services also includes, in particular, performing the role of technical emergency (tenant) in the field of general construction works and immediate removal of failures (and their effects) posing a threat to life, health or propertya.
