Due to the specificity of the subject of the contract and its confidential nature, part of the documentation of the procedure containsInformation subject to legal protection as an enterprise within the meaning of art. 11 para. 2 of the Act of 16 April 993 on combating unfair competition and contains classified information under protection within the meaning of "Guidelines on the protection of information in proceedings on proceedingsProviding orders at the Gaza Gaz-System S.A. Providing for the documentation of the procedure containing information subject to protection will only take place to the Contractors with whom the Employer will conclude a confidentiality agreement for these proceedings, in accordance with the provisions contained in SWZ.
4.Due to the specificity of the subject of the contract and its confidential nature, part of the documentation of the procedure contains information about the clause "reserved" within the meaning of Art. 5 para. 4 of the Act of 5 August 2010 on the protection of classified information, therefore it is not subject to the transfer to the contractorsAt the stage of the procedure for awarding the contract in paper or electronic form.
