Short description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of office space on the ground floor and on the floors from I-IV in the building at ul. Kordylewskiego 11 in Krakow, in terms of Demolition of partition walls, construction of new walls, arrangements of rooms, making new floors, painting, performing ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, sewage, central heating, low-current installations and CCTVs along with the replacement of windows. The technical specification of the implementation and receipt of construction works can be found in Annex 3 to the specification., 2. The projection broken down by floors (ground floor and floors - from I-SK to Ivego - located in Annex 4 to the specification., 3 . Project documentation is Annex 5 to the specification., 4. The order will be implemented in the following two steps:, a) stage I - III and IV of the building;, b) Stage II - the remaining scope of the contract, 5.
