Description:
The subject of the order are geodetic services in the scope of preparing geodetic and cartographic documentation on the real estate of the WRSP resource, which was in the possession of KOWR OT in Wrocław, including on: division of real estate, determining the shore of flowing water and resumption/determination of signs border.
A detailed description of the services to perform in accordance with the technical assumptions is presented in Annex 10 to SWZ "List of real estate for division" and documentation constituting Annex 11 to SWZ. Other conditions of implementation Orders are included in the planned provisions of the contract, which will be entered into the content of the contract constituting attachments No. 9a and 9b to SWZ. Required documents to be provided by the Contractor as part of the contract - necessary to receive services:
1) draft division of agricultural property certified by the staroste for compliance with the dock-in adopted for the state geodetic and cartographic resource-for agricultural mode;
2) 6 copies of the map with a project to divide real estate with a list of land changes and a copy of the protocol of adopting the boundaries of the property subject to Division-provided by the staroste as compliance with the document adopted to the state-determined and cartographic state-for division in decision mode;
