- 1. The subject of the contract is delivered to the angiograph together with the adaptation of rooms and installations in the building of an independent public healthcare institution in Puławy for an independent public healthcare institution in Puławy, in the mode "design, perform and equip".
The order includes:
-Reconstruction and adaptation of rooms located at the "4" level of the pavilion and for the needs of the new angiograph camera together with the installations necessary for their functioning,
- disassembly of existing equipment. The contractor will develop a project to found new cameras and accompanying equipmenttaking into account the construction and strength parameters of the building's ceilings. To this end, the contractor's designer will check and calculate the strength of the ceilings in terms of the complete camera planned for installing.assembly. The contractor's duties include the agreement and approval of the radiological protection project by the Provincial Inspector Sanepd and the decision allowing the room for use.
