Giving a long -term loan in the amount of PLN 3,000,000.00 for financing the planned budget deficit and repayment of liabilities due to previously incurred KR ...

1. The subject of the contract is granting a long -term loan in the amount of 3PLN 000,000.00 for financing the planned budget deficit and repayment of liabilities due to previously taken loans.
2. The loan will be taken for a period of 10 years from the signing of the contract.
3. The loan collateral will be a blank promissory note with a declarationA promissory note to the crediting bank.
4. Quarterly repayment - first installment - 1st quarter 2026, last installment - 3rd quarter 2035 (39 installments).
5. The grace period in the loan repayment is set until 31.03.2026
6. The contracting authority requires that the amount of installments (without interest) be permanent.
7. The possibility is allowedfailure to use the full amount of the loan and the possibility of earlier repayment of all or part of the loan by the Ordering Party at convenient dates. In such a situation, interest on the loan will be calculated only from an unpaid amount.
The contracting authority will be released from any charges from thistitle to the contractor.
8. Additional information to the description of the subject of the contract constitute Annex 7 to SWZ.
