Description:
The subject of the order is the construction of a green area arranged by giving a new function to the post-industrial area located at Solankowa Street in Goczakowice-Zdroj, together with the reconstruction of the existing building on the plot into a small architecture facility and the construction of a parking lot on a plot with an area of 1,603 m2. Task includes, among others: the following works: earthworks and preparatory works, purchase and assembly of small architectural devices, including: benches, tables, deckchairs, educational and climbing sets, a maze in the building, a slide. construction of a safe poured surface of 147.64 m2, development of green areas - execution plantings, including multi-colored flower beds 106.62 m2, high grasses 87.00 m2, lawn 802.35 m2, rain gardens 46 m2 Construction of paths made of concrete cubes 203.61 m2 and eco-grids 114.77 m2 execution of area lighting with 7 lanterns and 23 lighting posts, area fencing 168.30 meters, reconstruction of an existing building, construction of water and sewage connections. construction of a parking lot with eco-grid 132 m2.
