Description:
1. The applicants described in chapter I SWZ jointly conduct a public procurement procedure (Article 38 of the Public Procurement Law), the authorized contracting authority - the leader of the purchasing group is the Giżycko poviat.

3. The forecasted amount of electricity, which is the subject of the contract the duration of the contract. The amount of electricity was estimated on the basis of planned use (including a possible change in the use or consumption profile), historical data on electricity consumption and taking into account the actions taken by the contracting authorities referred to in art. 37 Of the Act of October 7, 2022 on special solutions to protect electricity consumers in 2023 in connection with the situation on the electricity market and taking into account auto -consumption in the case of recipients with electricity production installations. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption. The reduction or increase in the amount of electricity does not attract any consequences for the contracting authorities (recipients), except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually collected.
