- 1. The subject of the contract is:
a) Development of multi-branch documentation of design and cost of thermomodernization (including insulation), renovation (renovation), reconstruction and change of use with the implementation of the design of construction equipment for a construction building located in Gdańsk atul. Gościnna 12 - Journal of Laws 10, precinct 0109,
b) Development of a multi -branch documentation for the design and cost of the geodetic plot of land, no. 10, rev. 0109, together with communication with neighboring plots of no. 9, 11, 13/4, rev. 0109,
c) obtaining administrative decisionsfor conducting construction works from the competent architectural and construction administration body, enabling the start of construction works by the Ordering Party,
d) performing a one-off investor cost estimates,
e) exercising author's supervision in the scope of:
-in progressPerforming construction works compliance with the project,
-the possibility of introducing replacement solutions in relation to the project provided for in the project and reported by the construction manager or investor supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded agreement.
