Description:
1. The applicants described in chapter I SWZ jointly conduct a public procurement procedure (Article 38 of the PZP). The contracting authority authorized to conduct the proceedings and select the best offer (part 1, part 2, part 3 of the order) is the city of Gorzow Wielkopolski.
2. The object Orders is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2026. until 31/12/2026 The order was divided into three parts. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts. 1) part 1 of the order - supply of electricity to premises and facilities - other tariff groups
2) part 2 orders - supply of electricity to premises and facilities - Tariff Group B. 3) Part 3 Order - Supply of electricity for the needs of road lighting. A detailed description of individual parts of the order can be found in Chapter III.1, III.2, III.3 SWZ.
3. Options provided It is as part of the partial order No. 1 for the following contracting authorities: 1) Ordering Drezdenko Commune, 2) Employer Maszewo. A detailed description of the option can be found in chapter III.1.
4. The amount of electricity is the subject of the contract is approximate and may differ from actually downloaded during the contract.
