1. The subject of the order is a long -term bank loan of PLN 10,907,821.00, granted in the period from the date of the loan agreement to 30/12/2034, the interest rate of which is based on WIBOR 3M, intended to finance the planned budget deficit Poviat.
2. Loaded date of launching the loan: 30.09.2025.
3. Loose date of use of the loan: 30.12.2025.
4. The person requires that The loan was launched at the latest within 120 hours of submitting the payment by the Employer. The deadline for launching the loan is criterion Offers evaluation.
5. As part of the contract, the Employer does not provide for commission and banking fees in the scope of:
