A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1) The subject of the order is to grant and handling long-term credit for PLN 4,200,000.00 (in words: four million two hundred thousand zlotys 00/100), on the repayment of national loans and loans and to cover the deficit. 2 ) Credit period - from the date of commissioning and tranches of credit until 31.12.2028, 3) the commissioning of the loan funds will be in the form of a transfer based on a written instructions on the banking account indicated by the Ordering Party. The use of a loan will take place until December 21, 2021. The Ordering Party has set a minimum requirement for the payment deadline for the loan tranche to be not more than 5 business days., 4) The loan will be interested in according to a variable interest rate based on the base rate WIBOR 1M, calculated as the average of the month ending the quarter preceding the interest period, enlarged or less Permanent margin of the Bank., 5) Credit handling costs according to the offer form provides:,  interest rate on credit - interest rate according to WIBOR 1M rate,  Bank margin expressed at percentage points in an annual basis.,  from the loan will be ...
