KRDKS Description of the order: The subject of the order is awarding a simultaneous credit to cover the planned deficit of the Czajkw Commune Budet at EUR 4,0000.00. The Contractor will give a contracting a loan in Polish currency to the bank account number indicated by him. The Employer reserves the right to finally change the amount of the loan, the amendment consists in the overheating of the total amount of the loan through an annex to the contract. The loan will be launched in two tranches based on the written instructions for launching a loan within a circuit specified in the number of working days following the day after the day in which it will be Zona Disposition on the launch of the COMPOSITION. The maximum date of each loan tranche will be set out for 5 business days, according to the adopted criterion for the evaluation of offers "Date of credit tranche".
