KRDKS Description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is: granting and supporting the simultaneous loan in a height of PLN 3,000,000.00 to cover the planned deficit and spat, incorporated from the municipalities of the Zduna Commune., 2. The object of the order includes in particular: 1) : 3,000,000.00 z (Three million zlotys 00/100);, 2) the loan amount will be put forward to the ordering party on the date of signing the contract. It will be launched according to the ordering guide and at its request with the use of up to 31.12.2021, 3) The Contractor will translate the loan amounts (tranche) to the account indicated by the Ordering Party within the deadline of no 2 working days from the day of Zenia's disposal (application) by the ordering party ;,4) The Orderer reserves the possibility of not using a full amount granted credit without incurring any costs from this;, 5) the planned loan-planned period was specified in the impact of 6 to SWZ ,, 6) Interest on the loan will be variable, determined as the sum of WIBOR 3M rates Fixed for the last working day, the last month of the quarter and the Stay Mary of the Contractor for the CEE period of crediting, determined on ...
