Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the granting and service of a long -term loan for the Miasto Lubartow commune in the amount of PLN 6,000,000.00 for covering the planned budget deficit and repayment of previously taken loans.

108 monthly installments paid until the last day of the month, from the month of January 2026 in the following heights: installments from No. 1 to 36 each 30,000 PLN each, installments from No. 37 to 96 each 70,000 PLN each (i.e. 60 installments), and installments from No. 97 to 108 PLN 60,000 each (i.e. 12 installments);
will be in monthly periods, starting from a month,
