A brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is a service of taking a long-term loan to PLN 5,500,000.00 for financing the planned budget deficit.2. Detailed terms of the order, including quality standards. As referred to in art. 246 par. 2 of the Public Procurement Law: 1) The loan will be placed at the disposal of the Ordering Party from the first working day following the date of signing the contract until 31.12.2021r.2) The loan will be transferred in tranches at the request of the Ordering Party on his account conducted in the Bank chosen to handle the commune's budget.3 ) Period of grace when repaying the loan until 30/03/2022 R..4) Period of crediting from the date of conclusion of the contract until 30.12.2030 year. 5) Repayment of monthly interest starting from the first month in which the loan tranche was used. 6) The interest rate on the loan determined is based on the variable WIBOR 3M rate and enlarged throughout the term of the contract, a constant bank margin (up to two decimal places).
