Description:
The subject of the contract is the granting and service of a long -term loan in the total amount - PLN 9,900,000.00 allocated to finance the planned deficit of the budget of the Wojkowice commune in the amount - PLN 7,421,067.41 and repayment of previously taken obligations in the amount - PLN 2,478 932.59 zloty.
Loan intended for financing the budget deficit planned in 2025 - PLN 7,421,067.41 and is to cover investment expenditure implemented in 2025 in the scope of the following tasks: a project co -financed from the EU budget funds: "Ordering the water economy in Wojkowice to cover the own contribution in the amount - PLN 3,320,000.00, co -financed by the Polish Government Fund: "Revitalization of the Milenium Wojkowice Millennium" - PLN 2,000,000.00 and to cover investment tasks carried out in full from own funds: reconstruction of ul. Kusociński along with the construction of a parking lot - PLN 2 101,067.41; The amount - PLN 2,478,932.59 is intended for repayment of previously taken liabilities.
The loan collateral will be a blank promissory note with a promissory note declaration.
Financing the part of the planned budget from the loan planned in 2025 planned remained in the budget for 2025 in the total value (after changes) - PLN 7,421,067.41; Until the date of submission of this application, no long -term obligations were made in 2025.
