Description:
The subject of the order includes the granting and servicing of a bank loan to finance the planned budget deficit in 2025 up to PLN 4,000,000.00 in accordance with the conditions listed below:
1. The loan interest rate is variable and should apply in the periods for which interest will be charged, based on WIBOR 1M rate from the last quotation day in the month preceding the interest period.
2. The period of using the loan in the form of a transfer of funds to the commune's bank account in the Cooperative Bank in Sławno, one-off: PLN 4,000,000.00 - no later than 5 business days from the date of submission of the request by Ordering Party. The deadline for using the loan is December 23, 2025.
3. Loan repayment period:
1) grace period for capital repayment - until September 30, 2026.
2) repayment of capital in 10 installments - from September 30, 2026 to September 30, 2035.
4. Capital repayment schedule in PLN:
1)30/09/2026 400,000.00;
2) 30/09/2027 400,000.00;
3) September 30, 2028 - PLN 400,000.00;
4) September 30, 2029 - PLN 400,000.00;
5) September 30, 2030 - PLN 400,000.00;
6) September 30, 2031 PLN 400,000.00;
7) September 30, 2032 - PLN 400,000.00;
8) 30/09/2033 400,000.00;
9) 30/09/2034 - 400,000.00;
10) 30/09/2035 400,000.00.
5. Interest repayment monthly (calendar month) from the date of use of the loan - payable by the 15th of the following month.
