Description:
Granting and servicing a credit or long-term loan to cover the deficit in the amount of PLN 2,156,899.91, which will be used to finance the investments planned in Annex No. 3 to Resolution No. VII/66/24 of the Wąbrzeźno City Council of December 18, 2024 on the city budget for 2025, and repayment installments of credits and loans taken out in previous years in the amount of PLN 2,810,000.00.

Granting and servicing a loan or long-term loan to cover the deficit in the amount of PLN 2,156,899.91 to be used will finance the investments planned in Annex No. 3 to Resolution No. VII/66/24 of the Wąbrzeźno City Council of December 18, 2024 regarding the city budget for 2025 and repayment of installments of credits and loans taken out in previous years in the amount of PLN 2,810,000.00.
Detailed information regarding subject of the order
1) The amount of credit/loan available to the ordering party on the day of signing the contract: PLN 4,966,899.91;
2) Loan period: until December 20, 2040;
3) Grace period for loan repayment: until January 19, 2030;
4) Repayment of capital for the loan in the amount of PLN 4,966,899.91:
a)2030 11 installments of PLN 4,166.67 each and the 12th installment in the amount of PLN 4,166.63 (PLN 50,000.00),
b) 2031 - 11 installments of PLN 4,166.67 each and the 12th installment in the amount of PLN 4,166.63 (PLN 50,000.00),
c) 2032 - 11 installments of PLN 4,166.67 each and the 12th installment in the amount of PLN 4,166.63 (PLN 50,000.00),
d) 2033 - 11 installments of PLN 8,333.34 each ...
